In addition to the Principal Designer role, we also provide a full advisory service to assist CDM project clients with their statutory obligations under the regulations.
This work includes:
- Undertaking capability / competency assessments of duty holders appointed by the client
- Creating bespoke project Health & Safety management plans
- Reviewing information and providing audit trail assurance reports on the performance of designers, Principal Designers and Principal Contractors
- Liaising with the HSE and submitting any project notifications as required
- Checking statutory documentation including Pre-construction Information packs, Construction Phase Plans and Health & Safety Files
- Carrying out construction site Health & Safety inspections and preparation of due diligence reports for the client
Our CDM professionals are Incorporated Members of the Association for Project Safety (IMaPS), Technical Members of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (Tech IOSH), and Chartered Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
